Touchscreen glass is truly clean and works flawlessly. Trackpad and Palmrest has signs of previous use. Keyboard has 2 worn out letters [ works like a charm ]. Top and bottom cover has signs of careful use [see last 2 images for clarity ]. Reset to factory Windows 10 Pro. NO power adapter and generic box. Actual item picture.
