Defective keyboard - missing key, battery doesn't hold charge

This is lot of 2 Surface Laptops that turn on. They are in working condition and show some visible wear. Screen glass shows incidental signs of touchscreen use. Palmrest fabric shows some stains. Metal surfaces show some signs of normal use in the finish. One unit has a crack on the screen. The screen sometimes flickers but works. The other unit has a missing key in the keyboard and the battery holds charge for about 35 min. Please see the description below. Reset to factory Windows 10 install and Windows Update run at list time. Sold AS IS. No RETURNS. Chargers not included. Actual items pictured.
